Orders and Return Policy

Our acceptance of an order takes place once the order is dispatched. Even if your payment has been processed immediately, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund without compensation.

We may refuse to accept an order if:

• Goods are out of stock or no longer available
• We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
• There has been a product pricing or description error
• You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in our Terms & Conditions
• Any other reason at our discretion

Returning an item

If you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. You will be required to pay the postage. The item must be returned in original, unused condition, in original packaging wherever possible, with all parts and accessories if appliable. Please contact us to request a refund.

Item is damaged/incomplete

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged/incomplete, please contact us {link to contact page} as soon as possible. Please send photo evidence, and do not use or fit the damaged/incomplete item.

Once the item is returned and we have inspected the damage/incomplete item, we will provide a full refund and cover cost of postage.

For bulk orders, we recommend that you do not accept the delivery and send photo evidence to us. Once we have inspected the damage/incomplete order, we will provide a full refund and cover cost of postage.
